Rev. Daniel Firmin

Fr. Daniel Firmin was ordained for the Catholic Diocese of Savannah in 2004. He studied at Franciscan University of Steubenville and at the North American College in Rome Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome and a Licentiate in Canon Law from the Catholic University of America. Since ordination, Fr. Firmin has served as the Chancellor of the Savannah Diocese. He is presently the Vicar General of the Savannah Diocese, Moderator of the Curia and a Judge on the Marriage Tribunal of the diocese. He serves at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and has experience in Spiritual Direction. Fr. Firmin serves as spiritual assistant to the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites, chaplain to the Legatus chapter of Savannah and is the spiritual advisor to the Catholic Fraternity of the Alleluia Community
